Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Speak at DeviceTalks West

BOSTON – Dec. 15, 2017 Greenberg Traurig, LLP attorneys, Roman Fayerberg and Ginger Pigott, spoke at DeviceTalks West, Dec. 11, 2017, at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, CA. From 4 – 5:30 p.m., Pigott, a shareholder and vice-chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Group in Los Angeles, moderated the Leadership Track panel discussion, “Hot Topics: Financing, IP and Products Liability Trends Impacting MedTech.” Fayerberg, a patent attorney and shareholder in the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Group in Boston, served as a panelist. They were joined by medtech leaders Eric Geismer, Principal, EPG Consulting; Paul Grand, CEO, MedTech Innovator; and Richard Yoon, Director of Intellectual Property, MicroVention, Inc.
