Greenberg Traurig Supports Amundi Real Estate in Largest Single - Asset Real EstateTransaction in Netherlands

Amsterdam - May 23, 2017- The Amsterdam office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as legal counsel to funds managed by Amundi Real Estate in the largest single-asset real estate transaction in the Netherlands to date. “A transaction of this magnitude requires internal and external client and advisory team collaboration as well as a deep knowledge of the real estate aspects involved, including structuring and tax matters. We are very fortunate to have an interdisciplinary team in Amsterdam that can address both of these critical items in real time,” Jansema added.
