Greenberg Traurig’s Fred E. Karlinsky Participates in Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s Workers’ Compensation Conference

FORT LAUDERDALE AND TALLAHASSEE, FL – June 8, 2017 – Fred E. Karlinsky, a shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale and Tallahassee offices of international law firm Greenberg Traurig P.A., participated as a panelist during the recent Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s (CLM’s) Workers’ Compensation Conference in Chicago, IL.

Karlinsky participated in a panel titled, “Canary in the Coal Mine: How the Florida Experience Could Affect the National WC Industry.” The session focused on Florida’s workers compensation system, including the impact of recent Florida Supreme Court Cases and attempts at legislative reforms. Additional speakers included Josie Au, Suffolk Construction Company, Inc.; Thomas Koval, FCCI Insurance Company; and Scott Miller, Hurley Rogner Miller, Cox, and Waranch P.A.
