Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Katie Molloy Selected for Leadership Tampa

TAMPA – September 19, 2017 – Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Katie Molloy has been selected by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce to participate in the Leadership Tampa 2018 class.

Members of Leadership Tampa are business professionals who hold leadership positions within their organizations. Additionally, they have demonstrated a concern for community issues and volunteered their time with service and professional organizations. The selection process is rigorous and competitive for the 50 seats available in each class, according to the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

“I’m looking forward to gaining a deeper understanding of the Tampa community through the opportunities Leadership Tampa offers to speak with local leaders and learn about the issues that are important to the community and its residents,” said Molloy, who is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Practice. “It truly is an opportunity to see Tampa in a new way and to grow as a community leader.”

At Greenberg Traurig, Molloy focuses her practice on trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, and defending matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims in state and federal court. She provides advice and counseling on a broad range of employment law and human resources matters, and assists employers with administrative investigations before the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB.
