Herbert participated as a Panelist on April 20 during the Fourth Friday Lunch and Learn series hosted by the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Business Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and the Federal Litigation Section of the Federal Bar Association.
Herbert was part of a panel discussion titled, “How to Win a Case – From a Judge’s Perspective.” Other panelists included District Judge the Hon. Roy B. Dalton, Jr. and Magistrate Judge the Hon. Thomas B. Smith. The panel was moderated by James Wagstaffe, Esq., author of The Wagstaffe Group Practice Guide: Federal Civil Procedure Before Trial.
Herbert is a member of the Litigation Practice in the firm’s Orlando office.
