Steven Fleissig Admitted as Fellow to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. – April  24, 2018 – Steven Fleissig, real estate shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP’s New Jersey office, has been admitted as a Fellow to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

According to its website, ACREL is the premier organization of United States real estate lawyers. Its fellowship recognizes attorneys with outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.

Fleissig focuses his practice on a variety of real estate and finance related issues. He advises real estate owners on purchase, sale, leasing, joint venture, and financing matters. Fleissig is also experienced in representing lending institutions in real estate and asset-based financing transactions, restructurings, and workouts.

Fleissig is frequently recognized for his legal achievements. He has been listed in the Chambers USA Guide, The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers magazine, and The Legal 500 United States, among others. He is a Fellow at the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers; a member of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and Commercial Finance Committee of the American Bar Association Business Law Section; and is a past president and board member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys.
