Energy Attorney John DeTore Presents at BBA Energy Conference

BOSTON – June 15, 2018 – John DeTore, a Boston shareholder in the Energy & Natural Resources Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Energy Conference on June 21, 2018. DeTore will be a panelist on the session “Global Warming Solutions Act – Status Update and Where Do We Go Next?”. He is also on the conference Advisory Committee.

The BBA conference will cover environmental regulatory developments affecting the energy sector, where the industry is headed and how attorneys should advise their clients accordingly, and practical issues facing those siting an energy facility.

DeTore focuses his practice on representing large energy companies before regulatory agencies and courts throughout New England and New York. His representations include more than 20 major energy projects involving billions of dollars in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York, including 11 cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
