CHICAGO – Sept. 4, 2018 – Alejandra Garcia Earley has joined the Chicago office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as of counsel in the Corporate Practice, where she will be part of the Institutional Private Placement Finance Team. Prior to joining the firm, Garcia Earley was a senior associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York.
Garcia Earley handles financing, development, and management of domestic and international power, energy, and infrastructure-related projects, as well as other corporate matters. She also structures, drafts, and leads negotiations for transaction documents related to project finance, investment tax credit, and mid and large cap leveraged transactions. She represents clients from a wide range of industries including financial institutions, developers, sponsors, lenders, and asset owners in the power sector.

Garcia Earley earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, her LL.M. from the University of Texas at Austin and her Licenciatura en Derecho from the Universidad Panamericana School of Law.
