Gil Rudolph to Speak at CCFL’s Consumer Financial Services Conference

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Oct. 30, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Financial Regulatory and Compliance Practice, Gil Rudolph, will speak at the Conference of Consumer Finance Law’s (CCFL) Annual Consumer Financial Services Conference, Nov. 7-8, at the Texas A&M University School of Law in Ft. Worth, TX.

Rudolph, a past chair of the CCFL, will moderate and speak on a panel titled, “Small Dollar Lending.” Topics to be discussed will include a review of various small dollar lending products and consumers needs for these products, the interplay between lenders, funding sources, lead generators and consumers, federal and state regulatory developments, current litigation, and the prognosis for small dollar lending’s future.

Rudolph focuses his practice on the representation of finance companies, banks, mortgage originators and servicers, education lenders, retail installment transaction financers, and other consumer financial service providers in regulatory and litigation matters. He also represents various alternative financial service providers, including small dollar/short term lenders, check cashers, pawn, and auto title lenders. Rudolph additionally represents various participants in the credit, debit, and prepaid card issuance and processing industries.
