According to the event website, the awards dinner, held on Sept. 19 at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando, recognized men from across Florida who “exemplify leadership, achievement, integrity, and vision as they work to transform their communities and professions.”

“I am honored to be among the distinguished nominees receiving this important recognition from ONYX Magazine,” Wilson said. “It is only through our daily dedication and commitment to help address the obstacles and critical issues that affect our community that we can truly make a positive impact in the lives of our colleagues, peers, and the overall Orlando community.”
