3 Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Participate in the ULI Asia Pacific Summit

Ivanhoe, chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Real Estate Practice and Co-Chair of its REIT Practice, Joel H. Rothstein, chair of the firm’s Asia Real Estate Practice, and Dr. Henning Sieber, shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate Practice, represented the firm at the three-day event, which provided attendees, including top global real estate industry leaders, the opportunity to discuss the changing Chinese economy and key trends for the year ahead.

Ivanhoe leads the firm’s Global Real Estate Practice, a recognized leader in the industry, with more than 400 attorneys worldwide serving clients from key markets in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Sieber who is based in Germany focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. and primarily represents international clients on inbound investments into Europe. He regularly advises on and has broad experience in real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as large-scale portfolio transactions. Sieber is also experienced in the structuring and restructuring of real estate investments, including advising on restructuring and refinancing of distressed investments. Due to his diverse experience, Henning was named a leading lawyer in real estate by Who is Who Legal 2018 and Best Lawyers 2019.
