Stephen Baird and Candice Kim to Speak at Strafford Publications Webinar

Kim will give a live presentation during a 90-minute Strafford Publications live webinar on “Trademark Bullying: Cease and Desist and Litigation Tactics in the Battle for Brand Protection,” Jan. 16 at 1:00 p.m.

The webinar will provide guidance for counsel to trademark owners to understand trademark bullying in the context of brand protection. The panel will outline approaches to fight trademark bullies or to respond to being accused of being a trademark bully. Additional issues covered will include, how the courts are treating trademark bullies, steps a trademark owner can take and existing tools for counsel when a trademark owner believes it is the target of a trademark bully, and best practices for developing and maintaining legitimate trademark enforcement.
