LOS ANGELES – Oct. 28, 2020 – Robert J. Herrington, a shareholder in the Los Angeles office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will present on the 90-minute Bridgeport Continuing Education teleconference, “Emerging COVID-19 Related Class Actions,” Oct. 30, beginning at 1:00 PM EDT.
This CLE teleconference will examine the causes of action, remedies and settlement of cases related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including price gauging, failure to refund, improper denial of coverage, and false advertising. The panel will also discuss pending state and federal legislation which has been proposed as a result of the pandemic.
