Greenberg Traurig OSHA Group Head Michael Taylor to Present on 10th Circuit Rule to Expand PSM

MCLEAN, VA – Dec. 4, 2020– Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Shareholder Michael Taylor will speak at a Dec. 8, webinar, 10th Circuit Rules to Expand PSM Coverage, presented by AcuTech.

The 10th Circuit recently issued a ruling that expands the scope of process safety management to include interconnected processes that may not contain highly hazardous chemicals. The webinar focuses on how this ruling will impact regulations by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and how the interpretation will affect process safety management programs going forward.

Taylor is chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Practice's OSHA group. He focuses his practice exclusively on representing employers regarding OSHA and Chemical Safety Board (CSB) matters across the country. Over the last 18 years, Taylor has defended scores of employers during enforcement litigation before federal and state OSHA agencies. Taylor has wide-ranging experience in the workplace safety field, including his prior public service as General Counsel to the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC), the federal agency in charge of the trials and appeals of workplace safety and health disputes between federal OSHA and the regulated community.
