Jillian Kirn to Participate in Webinar on Resolving Superfund Liability and Protecting PRP Interests

PHILADELPHIA  – Jan. 11, 2021 – Environmental Practice Shareholder Jillian C. Kirn of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will participate in a Strafford webinar on Jan. 12 at 1 pm ET titled, “Resolving Superfund Liability and Protecting PRP Interests: Recent Developments and Best Practices in Settling and Preserving CERCLA Claims.”

The webinar will provide counsel advising parties in a contaminated site cleanup with guidance on both protecting the interests of settling potentially responsible parties (PRPs) and, on the other hand, protecting the contribution interests of non-settling PRPs.

She has wide-ranging experience representing clients in litigation in state and federal courts and works on behalf of developers and corporations in connection with the acquisition, sale, and financing of contaminated real estate, including environmental liability transfers. Kirn routinely assists clients with risk management matters in the context of proposed project redevelopments, renewable energy securities transactions, and legacy remedial liabilities at industrial sites.
