WARSAW – 9 November 2021 – Greenberg Traurig advised HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH on a transaction concerning the acquisition of a logistics portfolio located in Poland, developed by a premium logistics partner.
The logistics portfolio acquired by HANSAINVEST comprises a logistics park in Wrocław, consisting of two warehouse buildings with a GLA of approx. 24,000 sqm., and a logistics park located near Poznań, with two warehouse buildings and a GLA of approx. 20,000 sqm.
The Greenberg Traurig team was co-led by Senior Associates Kamil Majewski and Adam Narloch and Associate Jakub Gajzler, supported by Julia Osiecka. The due diligence team included Associates Karolina Woronko-Kawa, Wiktor Wacławski, Alicja Flis, Aleksander Kłys as well as Joanna Ostapiuk. Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz and Associate Iga Czerniak, supervised by Partner Aleksander Janiszewski, were responsible for the financing aspects of the transaction.
