Paweł Pietkiewicz, Robert Whitener and Nicole Silver Named to 2022 Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration List

WARSAW, BERLIN, WASHINGTON, D.C. – Dec. 2, 2021 – International Arbitration & Litigation Practice Shareholders at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Paweł Pietkiewicz, Robert Whitener, and Nicole Silver have been named to the 2022 Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration list. Pietkiewicz is a shareholder in the Warsaw office and focuses his practice on litigation and arbitration. He advises domestic and international clients across a wide range of litigation and arbitration cases. Pietkiewicz has extensive experience as an arbitrator in proceedings conducted on the basis of the rules of Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, and the Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

Whitener is a shareholder in the Germany and London offices and advises clients in international disputes. He regularly appears in complex, international commercial arbitrations under the rules of leading arbitration institutions, such as the ICC, LCIA, DIS, and Swiss Rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules.

Silver is a shareholder in the Washington, D.C. office and focuses her practice on international litigation and dispute resolution. She advises Sovereign States and private clients in international arbitration proceedings, including arbitrations before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, in a wide array of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and the environment.
