An international team from Greenberg Traurig advised private equity fund Gilde Healthcare, a specialist healthcare investor, on the acquisition of med tech company Acti-Med AG. The parties agreed to not disclose the purchase price.

Gilde Healthcare is acquiring both Acti-Med AG, based in Hesse, and its wholly owned Polish subsidiary based in Kozerkí by way of a share deal. Founded in 1997, Acti-Med focuses on the development and production of cannulas for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

The interdisciplinary Greenberg Traurig team from Germany and Poland comprehensively advised Gilde Healthcare on all legal aspects of the transaction.
