AMSTERDAM – April 7, 2021 – The Amsterdam office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Wiwynn (TWSE: 6669) in its investment in LiquidStack, the world’s largest liquid cooling company, through Series A funding. Wiwynn obtained one seat on the LiquidStack board of directors.
Wiwynn and LiquidStack noted that they plan to also build strategic partnerships. The goal of these would be to enable the synergistic advancement of next-generation cloud IT infrastructure designed for two-phase immersion cooling in data centers, edge and high-performance computing, according to the companies.
The Greenberg Traurig team representing Wiwynn was led by shareholder Thédoor Melchers (Corporate/M&A) and associates Ewen Mitchell (IP) and Sera Hendrix (Corporate/M&A).
