Malcolm James Ingram to Present Philadelphia Bar Association CLE Labor & Employment Panel

PHILADELPHIA – Aug. 25, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Labor & Employment Practice Associate Malcolm James Ingram will serve as a co-panelist addressing common cross-state issues in employment law cases in a session presented by the Labor & Employment Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

“What a Difference a River Makes: How the Local Rules and Practices Vary in Federal Court in New Jersey v. Pennsylvania,” takes place 12:30 p.m. Aug. 29, on Zoom. The panel will discuss issues related to differences in pretrial orders, magistrate judges, and settlement conferences in New Jersey employment law, how that compares to Pennsylvania employment law, and what lawyers need to consider when navigating both.
