Donna McIntosh Named to Reinvestment Zone Number Five Board of Directors

HOUSTON – May 11, 2023 – Donna McIntosh, Public Finance & Infrastructure associate in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Houston office, was named to the Tax Reinvestment Zone Five board of directors as well as the corresponding board of directors of the Memorial Heights Redevelopment Authority (Memorial-Heights TIRZ). Houston City Council confirmed the appointment by Mayor Turner on May 10.

The Memorial-Heights TIRZ serves to utilize tax dollars to construct public facilities and infrastructure within Zone 5, a zone designated by Ordinance of the City of Houston.

“I look forward to working with other members of the board and the president of the Memorial-Heights TIRZ to support its mission to improve the quality of life for the residents of Houston,” McIntosh said.

McIntosh focuses her practice on public finance and public law, representing local governments, school districts, and state agencies on matters related to infrastructure, financings, and related projects.
