  • Assisted the Mexican Federal Government in the dissolution of the Mexican state-owned company Luz y Fuerza del Centro. °
  • Represented a bidder in the first three rounds of mature fields of Pemex Exploration & Production (PEP) under new model contract with capex recovery and a fee per barrel.
  • Represented a Mexican natural gas company in the negotiation of a base contract for sale and purchase of natural gas.
  • Represented a natural gas company in issues regarding a bid process issued by Pemex Gas & Basic Petrochemicals (PGPB) for the construction of a natural gas transportation pipeline and the provision of transportation services (Los Ramones II).
  • Represented an international company in the supply of subsea equipment to Pemex Exploration & Production (PEP) for an important producing gas field.
  • Represented a European client in connection with flagging and registration of vessels.
  • Represented a Norwegian client in connection with charter agreements and the attachment of a vessel.
  • Legal advice to the Mexican E&P upstream regulatory agency, in the drafting of the regulations for well drilling and well integrity for future oil & gas wells to be drilled in Mexico as part of the implementation of the 2013 – 2014 Energy Reform.
  • Represented a Mexican subsidiary natural gas company in all matters related to the public tenders issued by CFE for the construction of several natural gas transportation pipelines and the provision of transportation services.
  • Represented a major E&P company in all matters related to CNH´s Round One first and second bidding processes, for the award of production sharing contracts for the E&P of hydrocarbons in shallow waters.
