Matt Browning has practiced intellectual property since 2005. He has wide-ranging experience handling a broad range of intellectual property rights matters, including patent litigation, trademark litigation, trademark opposition, trademark prosecution, patent prosecution, patent reexamination, opinions and counseling clients in aspects of commercialization and licensing of intellectual property rights including patents, copyrights and trademarks.

Over the course of his career and practice, Matt has developed experience across a wide range of technologies, including oil and gas technology, mechanical devices, chemistry, business methods, medical devices, biochemistry, molecular biology, gene delivery, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to private practice, Matt worked for cancer biotechnology companies and also managed intellectual property development and prosecution of a major academic institution.
