  • Participated in the work for Captor Therapeutics S.A. in connection with its initial public offering of shares and their admission to trading on the regulated markets operated by Warsaw Stock Exchange.°
  • Participated in the work for Cordia International in connection with tender offer for shares and squeeze-out of shares in Polnord S.A.°
  • Participated in the work for Enterprise Investors in connection with offering, through an accelerated bookbuilding, of the shares in the listed X-Trade Brokers.°
  • Participated in the work for Goldman Sachs International, through its affiliate Bricks Acquisition Limited in connection with PLN 1 billion tender offer for 100% of shares in ROBYG S.A., followed by a squeeze-out of minority shareholders and delisting of ROBYG S.A. from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
  • Participated in the work for Silvair Inc. in connection with its initial public offering of shares and their admission to trading on the regulated markets operated by Warsaw Stock Exchange. It is the first IPO in history where the shares of an issuer from the U.S. were listed solely on the regulated market of WSE.
  • Participated in the work for Alior Bank in connection with the public bonds issuance program for the amount of PLN 800 million.
  • Participated in the work for ISOC Group in connection with financing aspects of the acquisition of the buildings of the Silesia Business Park.°
  • Participated in the work for Alior Bank S.A. in connection with the private, securitized bonds issuance program for the amount of PLN 500 million.°

  • Participated in the work for BNP Paribas SA acting as the seller in the offering, through an accelerated bookbuilding process, of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. shares.
  • Participated in the work for Innova Capital in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in the Polish company Profim sp. z o.o.
  • Participated in the work for CVC Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of Żabka Polska S.A. from Mid Europa Partners.
  • Participated in the work for SABMiller plc in connection with Polish aspects of the disposal of its CEE brewing assets to Asahi Group Holdings Ltd. The transaction value amounted to EUR 7.3 billion.
