Erik J. Christensen defends employers in virtually all aspects of employment disputes before federal and state agencies and courts, including wage-and-hour class and representative PAGA actions. He also handles individual employment claims, including claims of wrongful termination, hostile work environment, discrimination, wage and hour, misclassification, whistle blower/retaliation, and ADA access. Erik has deep experience creating employee handbooks, employer policies, and a variety of other documents and policies. Erik draws his rigor and precision from his service with the Army’s 101st Airborne’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. He has also received several awards for his skill in negotiation and settlement.
