Steve R. Compere is a real estate attorney focusing his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, operations, development, and finance. With an additional focus on Hospitality, Steve has reviewed and advised clients on hotel management agreements, licensing and franchise agreements, and restaurant management agreements. Steve also provides guidance to clients that focus on the acquisition, development, and leasing of data centers, antenna towers, cable systems and an array of related digital infrastructure. He particularly provides value to clients by performing in-depth due diligence, including but not limited to a thorough analysis and review of title and survey. Steve draws upon years of experience as a practicing real estate agent where he drafted and negotiated purchase and sale agreements for residential sales and also focused on lease transactions.
