David Dalton focuses his practice on tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, investment partnerships, and REITs. He is experienced handling the tax aspects of securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity restructurings, and private equity fund formation, as well as representing investors in private equity and hedge fund matters.
