Jared L. Dodd advises ultra-high-net-worth families on complex trust and estate planning strategies with the goals of facilitating long-term succession and preserving wealth on a tax efficient basis. He works with clients to develop strategies designed to minimize estate, income, generation-skipping, and gift taxes. He provides counsel on estate planning instruments including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney. Additionally, Jared advises business owners on succession plans to help them transfer or exit their business.
