Osazenoriuwa Ebose focuses her practice on representing employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, including the defense of wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination claims. Her experiences encompass pre-trial discovery, document production, and substantive drafting – both pleadings and dispositive motions.

Osazenoriuwa also serves as pro-bono counsel in prisoner civil rights cases in federal courts.



  • Assisted in the defense of a public official in multiple employment discrimination suits, including handling remote depositions during the COVID-19 era, organizing and producing voluminous discovery, and relevant research for defense of claims.°
  • Assisted in the defense of a global helicopter company in an international arbitration, including drafting all written submissions, preparing witness testimony, handling remote logistics for the hearing as well as direct examination of a witness.°
  • Aided with a pro bono representation concerning prisoner civil rights litigation, from drafting the second amended complaint to preparing and taking multiple depositions to defending the client. The actions led to preparing and attending a settlement conference and an eventual client settlement.°
  • Drafted various motions on behalf of a major retailer in federal district court.°
  • Defended a major rail corporation in a quiet title action.°
