Peter P. Elliot is a member of the Government Law & Policy Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and interned at a wide variety of governmental agencies and organizations, including at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the Philadelphia City Council, and the U.S. House of Representatives.



  • Represented Philadelphia City Council before Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment on dozens of development projects in City.°
  • Wrote civil, criminal, and orphans’ court judicial decisions for Pennsylvania judges, publishing 9 appellate opinions and filing 62 appellate decisions.°
  • Pursued funding sources for Pennsylvania airports.°
  • Drafted discrimination complaints for Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations/EEOC.°
