Alexis C. Ely

Alexis Ely is a member of the Health Care & FDA Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver Office. Alexis’s practice focuses on federal and state health care regulatory and corporate matters, including corporate practice restrictions, transactional structuring, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and HITECH, health facility licensure and certification, practitioner licensure and scope of practice laws, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and participation requirements, and state fee-splitting, anti-kickback, and self-referral laws. Alexis also has experience working in Global Health Law and on criminal and civil cases, including Colorado law research and analysis to address legal issues.
