Counsel Holger Faust advises clients on virtually the entire spectrum of employment law. In his consulting practice, he regularly deals with works constitution law issues, including the drafting of works agreements in remuneration matters and on IT systems. Holger Faust has acted on numerous measures of an employer change for national and international companies and negotiated with works councils. A further focus of his work is on issues relating to the deployment of external personnel, in particular temporary employment. He has extensive experience in litigation.
Before joining Greenberg Traurig in 2019, Holger Faust worked as Counsel and Associate at Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law in Berlin since 2012 and previously as Associate at Mayer Brown in Frankfurt am Main.
