Matthew is a member of the Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Greenberg Traurig’s London office, acting across a broad spectrum of insolvency and distressed matters. He advises creditors, companies, directors and officeholders on corporate restructurings, distressed acquisitions, formal insolvency proceedings, and consensual refinancing and work-out strategies.
Matthew also has experience in insolvency litigation and has acted for a wide range of insolvency litigation funders in their assessment, acquisition, and pursuit of claims in a distressed context, including claims relating to wrongful and fraudulent trading, directors’ duties, contractual disputes, and asset recovery.
