Robert S. Frenchman


Robert S. Frenchman represents broker-dealers, investment advisers, and other financial services clients in white collar matters, and in enforcement proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other financial services industry regulators.  His representations have involved, among other things, allocations in initial public offerings, insider trading, spoofing, specialist trading, Nasdaq market-making, RMBS trading, short selling, benchmark rates, securities lending, margin, gifts and gratuities, and research.  Bob also drafts and negotiates agreements for broker-dealer clients, acts as regulatory counsel in mergers and acquisitions involving broker-dealer clients, counsels broker-dealer clients in outsourcing transactions, conducts internal investigations on behalf of broker-dealer clients, and advises broker-dealer clients on securities law matters.
