Robert Freund


Robert Freund represents companies in complex commercial litigation, including class actions involving consumer products and services and claims alleging false advertising and unfair competition. He also represents clients in the real estate, entertainment, and financial services industries. Robert has obtained favorable results in both federal and state courts and in all phases of litigation, from the pleadings stage through trial.

Robert is president of the Century City Bar Association.



  • Obtained dismissal at the pleading stage on behalf of a national bank against wrongful foreclosure and unfair competition claims.
  • Represented multinational advertising company in real estate dispute.
  • Defended cable television channel against copyright claim in excess of $10 million.
