Alejandra Garcia Earley handles financing, development, and management of domestic and international power, energy, and infrastructure-related projects, as well as other corporate matters. She structures, drafts, and leads negotiations for transaction documents related to project finance, tax equity financing, tax credit sales, and mid and large cap leveraged transactions. She represents clients from a wide range of industries including financial institutions, developers, sponsors, lenders, and asset owners in the power industry.

  • Advised the commercial lenders in the $175 million construction and back-leverage financing of a portfolio of 120MWac utility-scale solar generation facilities in Connecticut.
  • Advised the lender in the $5 million construction and back-leverage financing of a solar generation facility in California.
  • Advised the Sponsor and project companies in the $66 million USDA construction financing of two waste-to-energy biomass projects in North Carolina
  • Advised a national developer of utility-scale generation facilities in the $480 million construction financing of a 383.52 MW wind generation project in Michigan.

  • Advised Investors in the $600 million senior secured notes of a power transmission company in Australia, in connection with the refinancing of existing debt, including currency and FX hedging components.
  • Advised Investors in the $45 million and A$335 million senior secured notes of Sydney Airport Finance Company Pty Limited, in connection with the refinancing of existing debt, secured by all assets of the airport, including the concession granted by the Commonwealth of Australia.
  • Advised Investors in the second amendment to the A$574 million senior secured notes of Sydney Airport Finance Company Pty Limited.
  • Advised Investors in the $210 million and A$400 million guaranteed senior secured notes for the financing of the Melbourne International Airport
  • Advised Investors in the £525 million and $200 million guaranteed senior notes of Cadent Gas Limited.
  • Advised Investors in the £175 million senior secured and unsecured notes of Network Homes Limited, one of the UK’s largest housing associations.
