  • Participated in the defense of the interests of the minority shareholders in a class action filed by an association called AEMEC.°
  • Supervised the drafting of public deeds setting forth purchases, lease agreements and secured transactions.°
  • Review of public deeds and securities such as mortgages granted by financial institutions including BBVA, Santander, Banamex, and Scotiabank.°
  • Representation of companies such as Mabe, CFE (Federal Electricity Commission), INFONAVIT and FOVISSSTE in the acquisition of real estate.°
  • Negotiation of the purchase agreement of shares and real estate developments.°
  • Advise Mexican entities in acquisition transactions through the purchase of assets or shares.°
