Sarah R. Goodman focuses her practice on federal and state labor and employment counseling and litigation. Ms. Goodman routinely advises and counsels clients on workplace matters and employment disputes involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and state/city statutes pertaining to employment regulations. Ms. Goodman has experience litigating federal and state wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and breach of contract claims in federal and state court, and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

  • Assisted in multiple cases to stave off nationwide collective actions by moving to compel plaintiffs to arbitrate their claims on an individual basis per governing arbitration agreements.
