  • Represented a client on a multi-million dollar case for awarding specific performance of a $15 million office building and incidental damages, involving opinions in state, bankruptcy and appellate courts.
  • Defended a multi-million dollar case before a federal jury concerning the retrofitting of a $14 million yacht.
  • Represented a client on a multi-million dollar case before a jury involving alleged professional malpractice in the design of a cofferdam.
  • Prosecuted the avoidance of a real property contract, where the clients realized an excess of $9 million for the property in dispute within a nine-month period.
  • Worked out a multi-million dollar loan agreement involving the first outlet mall in Florida.
  • Obtained an opinion of first impression before a federal court involving the United State of America's right to assign statutorily granted right of redemption of an inferior lien.
  • Prosecuted and secured an equitable lien and constructive trust upon real property involving a multi-million dollar unsecured note used for the acquisition of the subject property.
  • Prosecuted a claim involving an alleged joint venture agreement and arresting all claims against an $11 million property to which purported participants in the joint venture claimed legal entitlement.
