Lindsey M. Groos has experience representing banks, financial institutions, investors, and developers in acquisitions and dispositions, including mortgage lending, asset-based financing, and intercreditor agreements. She has advised her clients on loan portfolio sales and homebuilding lines of credit, as well as loan workouts, restructurings, and modifications. Her experience includes structuring, negotiating, drafting, and modifying senior and subordinate debt, and advising clients on commercial real estate transactions across the country.
Lindsey provides due diligence representation and review, including title searches, survey review, UCC searches, title insurance, and corporate organizational documentation and structuring. She also drafts loan forms for various types of asset-based real estate lending, including guidance lines of credit and revolving credit lines.
