Kristi Harbord focuses her practice on health care transactions and regulatory compliance. She advises a wide range of health care providers and entities regarding compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations, including HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the No Surprises Act and related interim final rules, and the 21st Century Cures act and related Information Blocking Rules. Kristi also drafts and advises on various contract forms as well as helping her clients address a range of other health care and corporate legal matters.
