Shifra Herzberg focuses her practice on estate planning and estate administration for high net worth individuals. Shifra provides advice in planning, implementing, and administering tax-efficient wealth transfer, business succession, and charitable strategies consistent with the family’s goals and values.  Shifra also provides advice with respect to prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her practice includes planning for U.S. and non-U.S. citizens and residents. Shifra has advised on the formation and administration of private foundations and charitable trusts.
