Johanna is an experienced commercial litigator advising and representing clients in complex disputes that often make their way to federal, bankruptcy, and state courts. She focuses on handling matters involving complex fraud schemes, aiding and abetting liability and allegations related to breach of duties. With her clients’ legal objectives in mind, Johanna prides herself on using creative litigation strategies.

Johanna’s banking and financial services clients include national banks, trustees and custodians, and credit card issuers. She has experience handling everything from high-stakes cases involving claims for civil conspiracy and fraudulent misrepresentation, to smaller matters arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Telephone Consumer Protect Act.
