Alicia R. Intriago is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Sacramento office. She assists clients with labor & employment, healthcare, false claims, trade secrets and employee mobility, and general litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Alicia served as a term law clerk to The Honorable District Judge Miranda M. Du in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. During law school, Alicia was a legal extern for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch, Fraud Section, where she provided litigation assistance on healthcare fraud litigation under the federal False Claims Act, and for the Department of Health & Human Services’ office of Counsel to the Inspector General in D.C., where she assisted in the processing of comments for a proposed notice of rulemaking and drafted briefs and settlement agreements in administrative adjudications.
