Soraya Ghebleh Keskey represents hospitals and health systems on corporate and transactional matters, including conducting corporate and health regulatory due diligence, drafting due diligence reports and ancillary transaction documents, coordinating with specialists, bankers, and accountants, and preparing transaction checklists and disclosure schedules. She also advises health systems and companies on a range of health regulatory issues including fraud, waste, and abuse concerns, comment letters and other regulatory advocacy pieces, telehealth and telemedicine, compliance policies, agency guidance and regulations, rulemaking, and health regulatory support for litigation matters.
