Jennifer Yoon Jee Kim

Jennifer Kim is an associate in the Orange County office. She has experience in a wide variety of subjects including property tax assessment appeals in California, reimbursements of real estate commissions, attorney-client privilege for corporations, enforcement of electronic signatures in various countries, and injunctive relief for denial of medical care. As a law student, she co-authored an amicus brief for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, detailing stories of individuals suffering from irreparable harm as a result of their unlawful immigration detention, which was cited by the Ninth Circuit in the opinion.



  • GT’s Valerie Ho and Jennifer Kim won $14,600 in damages and $20,000 in rent credit under the Federal Housing Act, California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, and California’s Immigrant Tenant Protection Act for immigrant tenants who were harassed by their landlord.
