Elizabeth (“Liz”) Kraus is a litigation associate in Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office. She focuses her practice on complex litigation and business disputes and represents clients in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Liz practiced at a prestigious law firm in New York City, where she represented clients in antitrust matters related to mergers and acquisitions and unilateral conduct before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. Liz also represented clients in antitrust litigation matters in federal court. Liz worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including health care, insurance, technology, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, private equity, retail and other consumer products. Liz also provided pro bono assistance to clients in matters related to immigration, child support and criminal defense.
