Jason Kuchar, Ph.D. focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, landscape analysis, and client counseling in the biotechnology and life science sectors (e.g., treatments of diseases and disorders including peptides therapies, CAR-T cell therapies, Crispr therapies; polypeptide and polynucleotide manufacturing; omics technologies including proteomics, transcriptomics, spatialomics; gene editing; personalized medicine; therapeutic delivery methods). Jason enjoys helping companies and research institutions of all sizes protect their innovations. He also is passionate about helping community members of limited means navigate the legal system through his pro bono efforts.
