Joseph K. Kunnirickal is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Joseph focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, private equity investments, and corporate governance.

Joseph has worked on M&A transactions involving public and private companies in a wide range of sectors and, as a member of the firm’s Cloud Computing and Digital Infrastructure Practice, represents clients with businesses in IT, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure.



  • Part of a team that represented EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure, an owner, operator and builder of hyperscale data centers, and its management in connection with its $1.2 billion sale to Partners Group, a private equity firm.
  • Part of a team that represented Andreessen Horowitz in the $350 million financing of Flow, a residential real estate company.
  • Part of a team that represented an affiliate of The Carlyle Group in connection with an investment of up to $1 billion in Tillman Infrastructure, a leading privately held cell tower platform in the United States.
  • Part of a team that represented an affiliate of The Carlyle Group in connection with the acquisition of Involta, LLC, a leading regional U.S. data center and hybrid infrastructure company.
  • Part of a team that represented AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and distributer of agricultural machinery and technology, in the acquisition of Appareo, a leader in software and hardware development and manufacturing for the agricultural and aerospace industries.
