  • Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and the transactional documentation for Macquarie Asset Management (former GLL Real Estate Partners) on behalf of the Bayerische Versorgungskammer (Germany’s largest pension fund) in connection with the complex acquisition of the logistics real estate portfolio, including 12 modern logistics facilities located in key urban areas across Poland, with the value of the transaction over EUR 190 million.°
  • Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and the transactional documentation for Deka Immobilien in connection with the acquisition transaction of Brewery Malthouse Offices (Browary Warszawskie) in Warsaw from Echo Investment S.A. with the value of the transaction of over EUR 152,3 million.°
