• Participated in the work for Cromwell Property Group Poland in connection with the sale of all shares in the company holding the office complex Wiśniowy Business Park in Warsaw to a Hungarian investor.
• Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of the logistics park located in Wrocław, with a total lease area of 185,000 sq. m.
• Involved in the work for BentallGreenOak and Macquarie Asset Management with respect to the day-to-day operation of logistics parks located in several locations in Poland, including their commercialization, management and development/redevelopment (since May 2022).
• Involved in the work for Macquarie Asset Management in relation to the day-to-day operation of real properties (logistics parks, warehouses and office buildings) located in various locations across Poland, including their commercialization, management and development/redevelopment (since January 2022).
• Involved in legal due diligence related to real properties, in particular within the scope of the legal title to real properties, leases, permits, zoning, property management and corporate matters (since October 2019).
• Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for Macquarie Asset Management in connection with the acquisition of logistics centers near Warsaw from the logistic property investor owned by Żabka Group and managed by Żabka Property Fund.
• Involved in the work for Hines Poland in connection with the post-closing asset management of key logistics centers across Poland.
• Participated in the work for Hines Poland in connection with the sale of the New City office building in Warsaw.°
• Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for a joint venture formed by Apollo-Rida Poland in connection with the acquisition of Equal Business Park in Kraków from Cavatina Holding.°
• Participated in the work for Macquarie Asset Management in connection with the sale of logistics centers in Poznań and Wrocław.°
• Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for Hines Polska in connection with the acquisition of a logistics park in Piaseczno.°
• Participated in the work for Macquarie Asset Management in connection with the acquisition of the 6 last-mile logistics facilities near key urban and industrial centers across Poland.°
• Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for Macquarie Asset Management (formerly GLL Real Estate Partners) on behalf of Bayerische Versorgungskammer (Germany’s largest pension fund) in connection with the comprehensive acquisition of a logistics real estate portfolio, including 12 modern logistics facilities located in key urban areas across Poland, with a transaction value of over EUR 190 million.°
• Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for Deka Immobilien in connection with the acquisition of Brewery Malthouse Offices (Browary Warszawskie) in Warsaw from Echo Investment S.A. with a transaction value of over EUR 152.3 million.°
