  • Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for Macquarie Asset Management (formerly GLL Real Estate Partners) on behalf of Bayerische Versorgungskammer (Germany’s largest pension fund) in connection with the comprehensive acquisition of a logistics real estate portfolio, including 12 modern logistics facilities located in key urban areas across Poland, with a transaction value of over EUR 190 million.°
  • Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for Deka Immobilien in connection with the acquisition of Brewery Malthouse Offices (Browary Warszawskie) in Warsaw from Echo Investment S.A. with a transaction value of over EUR 152.3 million.°
